    We had an amazing time on the lake and checking out Wild Horse! We were a bachelorette party of 12, so Eric even helped us coordinate another boat so we could all enjoy the tour. We did a custom sunset tour of the lake, stopped for a picnic and hike on Wild Horse (some of our party decided to split off with the other boat during the hike to check out the petroglyphs 👍). Everyone had such an amazing time, I will be scheduling this tour again with family!! Eric was a super knowledgeable guide and I was also happy to get some more local recommendations from him.

    Amazing excursion!. We were a group of 10 and the pontoon was not only clean and comfy but big enough for all 10 with leg room. Eric was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable.     My sister, brother-in-law, husband, and my two daughters booked a tour months ago for the hiking experience on Wild Horse Island. Communication was great leading up to the tour. Boat was very nice, clean and comfortable. We brought extra layers but didn’t count on the rain as well, so I suggest bringing one more layer than you think you need (we looked for ponchos right before going on the boat, so we could have planned that better). We went before peak season so we had the island pretty much to ourselves. Eric did a great job pointing out animals and features on the lake, and we enjoyed ourselves. 100% worth it! For reference my daughters are 14 and 10, and we did the shorter loop on the island without too much trouble.

    Amazing and fun trip to Wild Horse Island. We saw it all! Eric was wonderful. Stopping to let us swim when we wanted, and knowing exactly where to go. We saw, deep breath: Bald eagles, and a youth in the nest, lots of deer, the wild horses! First through the trees, then later. We hiked almost, but not quite to the top. Great views. Saw a herd of big horned sheep, lots more deer. After the hike and back on the boat we saw a huge Golden Eagle, then more Big Horned sheep at the water! Finally, when about to leave - we came across the Wild Horses at the water as well. So COOL! Everyone loved it (4 adults and 2 kids). Highlight of our trip.

    Amazing from start to finish. Just visited Flathead Lake for the first time and took the sunset cruise to Wild Horse…. Lovely hot evening. The island is pristine and wild. We saw the horses and sheep. No other people which was amazing. My adult kids, 26 and 21 loved it. Hikes can be as easy or hard as you choose. Highly recommend!

    He gave us lots of info about the history of the lake and island as well as contemporary info. He was just delightful and has many, many years of experience with boats Increasing comfort zone with someone else in control. The boat was so pleasant, super clean and has very comfortable seats. It was easy to hear each person speak. Eric paused the boat for good photos. The hike on wild horse island is very clearly marked and hilly alternating with more level. You don't have to be particularly fit to hike it but it isn't exactly flat. I loved it and we are an older group, one of us large. it was challenging but really just fine. The toilet on the island was super clean. We saw lots of animals and unique birds but not the bear or the five horses. It was still a FABULOUS trip...
